• Recently re-located to the Fraser Valley, BC area from Toronto, Ontario
• 15 years experience in Menu development
• Attended specialized training at The Culinary Institute in Napa Valley California
• Be Our Guest Certified - Walt Disney Institute
• Certified Trainer of HACCP, WHMIS, Food Safe, and Health & Safety
• Worked on menu development with Celebrity Chefs such as:  Rick Bayless, John Ash, and Catherine Brandel
